Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy
Definition of Customer Return
For Clothing:
- Returns are applicable only if the product received is defective or incorrect (wrong product sent).
- Size or color exchanges are allowed. Return shipping fees will be covered by Awaara.shop, but only once per order.
For Other Products (Apart from Clothing):
- Returns and refunds are applicable only if the product received is damaged or incorrect (wrong product sent).
Timeframe for Return & Exchange Requests
Customers must email us within 7 days of delivery for any return, replacement, or exchange requests.

Important Guidelines
- Product Condition: The product must have its original label and packaging intact. If the product is damaged, used, or missing its tags/labels, the return/exchange request will be canceled.
- Proof of Issue: Customers must provide clear images of the received product (showing defects or incorrect items) via email or another mode as communicated by Awaara.shop.

- Awaara.shop reserves the right to decide whether the product will be picked up for return or not.
- Refunds will be credited via the same payment method used during purchase, as store credit, or through any other mutually agreed option.
