At Awaara.shop, we aim to provide reliable and efficient delivery services to our customers. As our products are fulfilled by Print-on-Demand (POD) services and shipped via third-party logistics (3PL) providers, our shipping policy reflects the operational practices of these partners. Please review the details below before placing an order.
1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location.

Charges will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Expected Delivery time for product is 5 to 9 Business Days from the time of order placed varies according to the place of delivery

Delivery timelines depend on the destination and the mode of transport selected (Air or Surface).

The Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) provided on the tracking page is an approximation based on various factors. Actual delivery may occur before or after the suggested EDD.

Delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
3. Delivery Attempts and RTO

Orders are attempted for delivery up to three times. After three unsuccessful attempts, the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to the fulfillment center.

Once an order is marked as RTO, it cannot be reattempted for delivery.
4. Handling of COD Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for a freight refund only if the customer provides a Buyer’s Positive Response (BPR) during the last delivery attempt.

COD charges are non-refundable in cases of unsuccessful delivery and RTO.
5. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

If a product is delivered with damaged packaging, please reject the delivery.

For damages discovered after delivery, you must raise a dispute within 48 hours by providing an unboxing video and images. Claims will only be entertained if negative remarks are recorded on the Proof of Delivery (POD).
6. Lost or Fake Deliveries

Claims regarding fake or undelivered orders must be raised within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.

If an order is officially marked as lost by the courier partner, a refund for the retail price will be processed as store credits within 7-9 business days after confirmation from the logistics partner.
7. Reverse Pickups

Reverse pickup services are managed by courier partners, and we cannot guarantee their availability or quality.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for empty, damaged, partial, or incorrect products returned via reverse pickup.
8. Natural Calamities and Force Majeure Events

Orders delayed or undelivered due to natural calamities or other force majeure events are ineligible for shipping refunds.
9. General Limitations

Awaara.shop is not responsible for delivery delays, misbehavior by courier staff, or damages caused during transit.

Proof of Delivery (POD) disputes must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

For COD abuse cases, customers are required to share images of the shipping label and delivered products with our support team within 3 days of delivery.
10. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its status. Please note that tracking information is updated by the courier partner and may not reflect real-time status.
